Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

General guidelines are 3-5 business days for a credit card and 10 business days for a debit card.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet and paid by debit card, first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you paid by credit card, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return artwork, you should mail your purchase to:

123-A Highway 80 East, #277, Clinton, MS, 39056, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance (which is different from “declared value” insurance available through USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item undamaged.

Make sure that the shipping insurance provider covers original art. InsurePost.com is one shipping provider that does cover original art and can be purchased on a per package basis, after you have sent the package.
